Marian M.P. Temelkov, is the founder and global CEO at Dynamis Group, a Global Executive Search Firm helping leaders to develop their strategic network and enabling them to attract extraordinary teams. As a people-centered leader, Marian has been involved with consultancy on a global level for over 15 years, specializing in executive search and leadership succession. Marian is also an angel investor and has been involved in a variety of impact-driven projects such as Leader Academy, Talent Factory, and Samodiva Masterminds. Now as the backbone of The Leaders Who Care, he seeks to recognize and support those who deeply care about the others and making the world a better place.
Stoyan Yankov is a productivity and performance coach and a global keynote speaker. Stoyan began his entrepreneurial career in 2011 and has a background in video and movie production, premium event experiences, and business networks. In recent years, Stoyan has specialized in coaching founders and entrepreneurs, helping them to grow as individuals and create more productive and mindful work cultures (200+ teams). Stoyan has shared advice on productivity and performance through keynotes, workshops and boot camps in over 25 countries, sharing the stage with some of the most influential thought leaders, such as David Allen, Guy Kawasaki, Salim Ismail, and Deepak Chopra. He is also a managing partner at Samodiva Masterminds, a company focused on exclusive mastermind experiences and corporate offsites, and the host of the Productivity Mastery podcast. He holds an MSc degree in Finance from Aarhus University (BSS).
